These documents govern your use of Grounds, operated by Owndevice, Inc. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy cover the core relationship. The Security Addendum and the Subprocessors page document how we process data; a Data Processing Agreement is available upon request — contact legal@grounds.ai. The AI Data Use Policy and the Agent Authorization Terms cover our AI-specific commitments — including the promise that we never use Customer Data to train models. The Acceptable Use Policy covers what's not allowed. The Law-Firm Confidentiality Addendum supplements the rest for law-firm customers.
Each document is available as a webpage and as a downloadable DOCX. Where they conflict, the order of precedence is: the LFA (for law-firm customers, on the topics it covers) → the DPA → the Security Addendum → the AI Data Use Policy → the Agent Authorization Terms → the Terms of Service → the AUP. Commercial caps and limitations of liability are governed by the Terms.
